4 INDICATIONS

Rhinorrhea manifested as nasal obstruction, headache, runny nose and loss of smell. For the cold-type of rhinorrhea followed by white, dilute and profuse nasal discharge, Magnolia flower (Xin Yi Hua [3]) is used with Asarum herb (Xi Xin [4]), Dahurian angelica root (Bai Zhi [5]) and Xanthium fruit (Cang Er Zi [6]). For the heat-type of rhinorrhea with yellow, thick and scanty nasal discharge, Magnolia flower (Xinyihua) is used with Menta (Bo He [7]) and Scutellaria root (Huang Qin [8]).

5 DOSAGE
3-10g

6 COUTIONS
Overdosing causes redness of eyes and dizziness.
