Chinese Patent Herb / Calm Spirit [2]

Ingredients: Dan Shen [3], Dang Gui [4], Shi Chang Pu [5], Dang Shen [6], Fu Ling [7], Wu Wei Zi [8], Mai Dong Tian Men Dong [9], Di Huang, Xuan Shen [10], Yuan Zhi [11], Suan Zao Ren [12], Bai Zi Ren [13], Jie Geng [14], Gan Cao [15], Zhu Sha [16].

Indications: nourishing yin and blood, reinforcing heart, calming down mind. It can be used for heart yin deficiency, severe palpitation, poor memory, insomnia and dreaminess, dry stools.

Method and dosage: oral taking. 1 pill for big honey pill, 9g each time for small honey pill, or 6g for watery-honey pill, or 8 pills for concentrated pill, 2 or 3 times each day, taking with warm water.

Attention: it is prohibited for patient with yang deficiency and excessive cold, damp-heat obstructing interior. Coriander, garlic, radish, sea food, rack are prohibited during treatment period. Enclosed storage.
