Self Massage

1. Prescription
Head: Baihui (GV20), Sishencong, Fengchi (GB20), Renzhong.  
Chest and abdomen: Danzhong (CV17) Front-Mu Point of the Pericardium, Qihai (CV6), Guanyuan (CV4) Front-Mu Point of the SmallIntestine
Arm: Neiguan (PC6) Luo-Connecting Point the Eight Confluent Point, Shenmen (HT7) Shu-Stream, Yuan-Primary Point, Yinxi (HT6) Xi-Cleft Point, Tongli (HT5) Luo-Connecting Point, Lingdao (HT4) Jing-River Point, Quze (PC3) He-Sea Point, Laogong (PC8) Ying-Spring Point, Shousanli (LI10).
Leg: Zusanli (ST36) He-Sea Point, Sanyinjiao (SP6), Taixi(KI3) Shu-Stream, Yuan-Source Point, Gongsun (SP4) Luo-Connecting Point, The Eight Confluent Point, Yanglingquan (GB34) He-Sea Point, Influential Point of Tendon, Yongquan (KI1) Jing-Well Point.
Back and Lumbar Region: Feishu (BL13), Jueyinshu (BL14), Xinshu (BL15), Pishu (BL20), Weishu (BL21), Shenshu (BL23), Zhiyang (GV9), Shentang (BL44).


2. Technique of Massage
2.1 Index fingers and middle fingers wipe both sides of head respectively for 10-15 times.
2.2 Index finger and middle finger press GV20 for 1-2 minutes, index finger press Renzhong for 1-2 minutes respectively.
2.3 The nails of thumb, index finger, middle finger, third finger pinch Sishencong for 4-6 times.
2.4 Press and knead GB20 for 1-2 minutes.
2.5 Rub helix, index finger-rub on cavum conchae in the near backside of external auditory meatus for 50 times respectively. This step should be combined with the technique of body.
2.6 Both hands pinch PC6 for 30-50 times respectively, press on PC8 for 30-50 times.
Both hands pinch HT7 for 30-50 times respectively, index finger and middle finger-press on HT5.
Thumb-press on HT6 for 1-2 minutes, both hands pinch LI10 for 30-50 times respectively.
Index finger and middle finger-press on CV17 and CV6.
2.7 Index finger and middle finger-press on CV4.
2.8 Thumb-pressing and kneading ST36 and GB34 for 80-100 times individually.
Thumb- press and knead on SP6 for 80-100 times, thumb-pres on KI3 for 1-2 minutes.
Thumb- press on SP4 for 1-2 minutes, thumb-press and knead KI1 for 80-100 times.
2.9 Index fingers and middle fingers of both hands-press BL13 of both sides for 1 minute respectively.
Index fingers and middle fingers of both hands-press BL14 of both sides for 1 minute respectively.
Flexual thumb-press on BL44 for 1 minute. Index fingers and middle fingers of both hands-press BL15 of both sides for 1 minute respectively.
Flexual thumb-press on GV9 for 1 minute. Both thumbs-press on BL20 of both sides for 1 minute, BL21 of both sides with thumbs for 1 minute, BL23 of both sides with thumbs for 1 minute.
2.10 Stand posture with both arms relaxed, turn the body left and right, tap back and heart regions for 50-100 times.
