Myopia Treated by Acupuncture and Moxibustion

Description: Myopia is commonly seen disease, specially there are more and more children to suffer from myopia due to hard studying in China. In this lecture, Prof. Wei Yang summarizes his clinical experience to introduce differentiation of myopia according to Traditional Chinese medicine, and different treatment methods including acupuncture, moxibustion and tapping given by plum-blossom needle, as well as comparing TCM with western medicine. Many myopia patients feel much improvement after the several courses of the comprehensive treatments including acupuncture and moxibustion. On the end of this lecture, there are videos to show needling on Jingming (BL1) and moxibustion.
