According to theories of Internal Classic, writer self-made Yang Gan Qi Wei Tang modification and treated 78 cases and obtained good effect. Treatment method: Ingredients of Yang Gan Qi Wei Tang: Dang Gui [3], Chuan Xiong [4], Shu Di Huang [5], Mu Gua [6], Mai Dong, Suan Zao Ren [7], Yin Yang Huo [8], Tu Si Zi [9], Gou Ji [10] Zi, Shan Zhu Yu [11]. Modification: add Xiang Fu [12], Chai Hu [13] for liver qi stagnation; add Chi Shao [14], Tao Ren [15], Hong Hua [16], Dan Shen [17] for stasis; add He Shou Wu [18], A Jiao for liver blood deficiency; add Sheng Di Huang [19], Mu Dan Pi [20], Zhi Zi [21], Ze Xie [22], Che Qian Zi [23] for dampness and heat in liver and gallbladder; add Liu Wei Di Huang Wan for kidney yin deficiency; add Ba Ji Tian [24], Du Zhong [25], Lu Jiao Jiao, Rou Cong Rong [26] for kidney yang deficiency; add Ren Shen [27], Huang Qi [28] for qi deficiency. One week treatment is one course, continue another course if first course not satisfied result. Result: total effective rate is 92.4%.
