Treatment of Hematopoietic Tumors Bleeding after Chemotherapy According to TCM Syndrome Differentiation [1]

All the patients in this group are outpatients and inpatients in our hospital, among which, there are 14 cases of acute and chronic leukemia, 6 cases of malignant lymphoma, 8 cases of multiple myeloma. TCM treatment according to syndrome differentiation: Qi and blood deficiency type: prescription: Dang Shen [3], Huang Qi [4], Ce Bai Ye [5], toast Sheng Jiang [6] charcoal, Ai Ye [7], San Qi [8], Long Gu [9], Mu Li [10], Bai Ji [11], Fu Ling [12], Bai Zhu [13], E Jiao [14], Da Zao [15], Rou Cong Rong [16], Gan Cao [17]. Yin deficiency with excessive fire type: prescription: Tai Zi Shen [18], Tian Dong, Di Gu Pi [19], Nu Zhen Zi [20], Han Lian Cao [21], Ce Bai Ye charcoal, Qian Cao, raw Di Huang, Chi Shi Zhi, Yang Ti Gen, Mao Gen, Gou Qi Zi [22], Zong Lu Tan [23]. Blood and meridian stagnation type: prescription: Qing Hao [24], Di Gu Pi, Bai Hua She She Cao, Bai Ying, Dang Gui [25], Dan Shen [26], Huai Hua [27], Da Ji [28] Xiao Ji [29], Mu Dan Pi [30], Zi Zhu Cao, Di Yu [31], Ma Lan Gen, raw Gan Cao, Yu Mi Xu.

Treatment result: after taking the prescription, the bleeding stop in the first day means obvious effect is achieved, 3 days depicts effective; the symptom of bleeding never stop or the patients die represent no effect. Among 28 cases, there are 39% have obvious effect, 46% have effect, 14% without effect.
