Cervical osteoarthritis represents six meridians syndrome, it can be treated through six meridian Zheng differentiation.

1. Combining with Tai Yang meridian to treat cervical osteoarthritis neck type: the main symptoms of cervical osteoarthritis neck type represent as taiyang superficies-syndrome.
2. Combining with Tai Yang meridian to treat cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
3. Combining with Yang Ming meridian to treat spasm syndrome of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.
4. Combining with Shao Yang meridian to treat vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
5. Combining with Shao Yin and Tai Yin meridian to treat flaccidity syndrome of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.
6. Combining with Shao Yang meridian and three Yin meridian to treat sympathetic cervical spondylosis.
