Wind strike exterior deficiency patterns

"For tai yang disease with headache, fever, sweating & aversion to wind, needle GB 20 and GV 16, then give Gui Zhi [3] Tang and the patient will recover."
Line 42
"When in Tai Yang disease the exterior pattern has not resolved and the pulse is floating and weak, this should be resolved through the promotion of sweating; therefore, Gui Zhi Tang is appropriate."
Line 57
"When in Cold damage, sweating has already brought resolution, and then after half a day or so there is again vexation & a pulse that is rapid & Floating, one can again promote sweating; therefore, Gui Zhi Tang is appropriate."
