Shaoyin disease can be divided cold and heat two types. The cold type shows heart-kidney yang qi deficiency, presents deficiency cold syndrome. Its symptoms include not only thread and very weak pulse, sleepy, but also aversion to cold, bending lie down, dysphoria,vomiting and Diarrhea [3], feeling normal in mouth or thirst but only like to drink not much of hot water, clear urination, cold hands and feet. There is one sub-type we can see in shaoyin-cold. It is real cold with fake heat. The yin-cold is too strong and too much staying inside, while yang-heat has been refused and let staying outside. So this is a serious condition with fever, feeling hot, red face, and irritability etc. fake symptoms.
