32 Cases of Bi Syndrome Treated by Washing with Chinese Herbal Medicine [1]

In this group, 32 cases of Bi syndrome are diagnosed with 5 are males 27 are females. The patients are 44.25±10.97 years old at average and the disease course is 9.09±15.27 months. Treatments and observation methods: (1) Chinese herbal formula: Huang Qi [3] 100g, Ai Ye [4] 100g, Chuan Wu 20g, Fu Zi [5] 20g, Rou Gui [6] 20g. The herbs above are applied externally after being decocted, once in the morning and evening respectively. The indexes are observed according to main symptoms of Bi syndrome, such as morning stiffness (>30 minutes), rest pain (moderate pain at break), swelling of joints (more than 3 hours), pressing pain of joints (self-scale of several pressing pain and deformity of joints). Results: the total effect is 100%.
