Shaoyang disease is a half external and half internal syndrome. It is the hinge of the yang door. The function of the yang door opening and closing smoothly depends on the hinge working well. The occurrence of Shaoyang disease may come through other meridians, but also may happen with Shaoyang meridian itself. There are bitter taste, dry throat and dazzling as the outline of Shaoyang disease. Also alternative chill and fever, fullness in rib area, silently do not want to eat, dysphoria and vomiting, white coating, wiry and thread pulse.
