If only surging and full without stomach qi, it is fatal. If sinking pulse is also seen with stomach qi, the disease will occur in winter. If extremely sinking, the disease will occur at once. All genuine qi of the zang-organs flow to the heart, and the heart stores the qi of the blood and vessels.
