We use self-built prescription Ji Zhu Granule on treatment of peptic ulcer (PU), the treatment effect was compared with west-medicine Omeprazole in this research, 328 patients were observed. Treatment method: using Ji Zhu Granule for treatment group with 186 cases, prescription: Bai Ji [3], Bai Zhu [4], Pu Gong Ying [5], Hai Piao Qiao, Tao Ren [6], Gan Cao [7] etc. Using Omeprazole 20mg for contrast group with 142 cases, oral taking, 2 times each day, both groups took 4 weeks as one course.
Result: the total effective rate is 96.77% in treatment group, 94.37% in contrast group.
