Ingredients: Shu Di Huang [3], Shan Zhu Yu [4] (prepared), Mu Dan Pi [5], Shan Yao [6], Fu Ling [7], Ze Xie [8].
Indications: nourishing yin and reinforcing kidney. It can be used for kidney yin deficiency, dizziness, tinnitus, soreness sensation on lumbar region and knees, bone steaming, hot flashes, night sweating, spermatorrhea.
Method and dosage: oral taking, 6g each time for small honey pill, 9g each time for watery honey pill, 1 pill each time for big honey pill, 2 times a day.
Attention: 1. Spicy and greasy food are prohibited.
2. It can be taken for long time, and should stop using if there is acute disease.
