Ingredients: Zhi Shi [3], Bai Zhu [4].
Indications: tonifying spleen, dispersing food accumulation, moving qi and resolving damp. It can be used for spleen-stomach weakness, poor appetite, fullness sensation in abdomen.
Method and dosage: oral taking. 6-12g each time, 2 times a day, taking with warm water.
