Ingredients: Chai Hu [3], Dang Gui [4], Bai Shao [5] Yao, Bai Zhu [6] (fry with bran), Fu Ling [7] etc.
Indications: soothing liver, clearing heat, tonifying spleen, nourishing blood. It can be used for liver stasis, blood deficiency, liver-spleen disharmony, both hypochondiracs distention pain, dizziness, fatigue, poor appetite, irregular menstruation, abdominal distention pain.
Method and dosage: oral taking, 6g each time, 2 times a day.
Attention: Avoiding getting angry and toiling, cold-cool and greasy foods are prohibited.
