Ingredients: Shu Di Huang [3], Hu Po [4], Dang Gui [5], Bai Zhu [6], Chi Shao [7], Huang Qi [8], Gan Cao [9], Dang Shen [10], Suan Zao Ren [11], Shi Chang Pu [12], Bai Shao [13], Yuan Zhi [14], Fu Ling [15].
Indications: reinforcing qi and nourishing blood, soothing nerves and calming down mind. It can be used for qi-blood deficiency, weak body condition, energy trancing, palpitating with fear, insomnia.
Method and dosage: oral taking. 1 pill per time, 2 times a day, taking with warm water before meal.
