Ingredients: rice eel 500g, Dang Gui [4] 15g, Dang Shen [5] 15, suitable amount for salt, onion and ginger.
Functions: Tonify qi and blood.
Production: Take out head, bone and internal organs of rice eel, wash and cut it, mix other ingrediants and boil them together.
