According to theories of Internal Classic, writer self-made Yang Gan Qi Wei Tang modification and treated 78 cases and obtained good effect. Treatment method: Ingredients of Yang Gan Qi Wei Tang: Dang Gui, Chuan Xiong, Shu Di Huang, Mu Gua, Mai Dong, Suan Zao Ren, Yin Yang Huo, Tu Si Zi, Gou Ji Zi, Shan Zhu Yu. Modification: add Xiang Fu, Chai Hu for liver qi stagnation; add Chi Shao, Tao Ren, Hong Hua, Dan Shen for stasis; add He Shou Wu, A Jiao for liver blood deficiency; add Sheng Di Huang, Mu Dan Pi, Zhi Zi, Ze Xie, Che Qian Zi for dampness and heat in liver and gallbladder; add Liu Wei Di Huang Wan for kidney yin deficiency; add Ba Ji Tian, Du Zhong, Lu Jiao Jiao, Rou Cong Rong for kidney yang deficiency; add Ren Shen, Huang Qi for qi deficiency. One week treatment is one course, continue another course if first course not satisfied result. Result: total effective rate is 92.4%.
