Five toxicity theory is the core of this mind therapy. Mr. Fengyi Wang believed that five abnormal emotions include anger, hate, worry, grief and irritable were five toxicity. They respectively related to liver, heart, spleen, lung and kidney. Anger disturbed to liver; hate to heart; worry to spleen; grief to lung and irritable to kidney. Resentment, which meant complain, and not satisfied, came from the inconsistent with their understanding of someone or something. The resentment was characterized by a tolerant and accommodating but failed to resolve, it was not exposed, and would forbear without losing their temper, so it would hurt themselves not to others. The resentment belonged to yin-earth. Infinite thought, the desires could not be realized, so the resentment came. This mind therapy method makes yin-earth transform to yang-earth through the process, use poke yin and get yang, so the patient enters into the recover process.
