There are 23 patients who have local pain, aversion to cold and desire for warm, difficult to flex and extend the limbs, 5 cases are migratory arthralgia and wind is the main evil, 8 cases are cold arthralgia and the cold is the main evil, 10 cases of damp arthralgia with damp evil. Treatment method: prepared Ma Qian Zi 30g, prepared Chuan Wu, prepared Cao Wu, Xue Xie, Sang Ji Sheng, Du Zhong, Niu Xi, Mu Gua, Jing Ji, Fang Feng, Fang Ji, Shan Yao, Sha Ren 20g respectively, Xiang Fu, Qin Jiao, Dang Gui, ji Xue Teng, Luo Shi Teng, Jin Yin Teng, Tu Bie Chong 15g respectively, Qiang Huo, Du Huo, Hong Hua, Ru Xiang, Mo Yao, Che Qian Zi, Ze Xie, Di Long, Xi Xin 10g respectively, Jin Qian Bai Hua She 1 piece. This prescription can not be increased its dosage or taken for long-time in order to avoid cumulative toxicities.
Result: the total effective rate is 100%.
