Chronic nephritis is caused by a group of autoimmune inflammatory diseases that primarily occur in kidney glomerulus due to various reasons, the main symptom represents long-term proteinuria. In resent years, we used Gui Fu Di Huang Wan to treat 93 cases of Chronic Nephritis with Proteinuria and got satisfactory effect, there were 32 cases in contrast group, all the 125 patients are outpatients who were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment method: the treatment group was given Gui Fu Di Huang Wan for oral intake, 10 pills each time, 3 times per day. Contrast group was given prednisone for oral intake, 1mg for every kilogram weight each day, one time taking in the morning after getting up, the dosage should be reduced after the proteinuria disappear, the dosage was reduced for 10% every 10 days. 3 months are one course, stopping all the drugs affect the test during treatment period. Observation content and method: the significant observed symptoms, signs (tongue coating, pulse), recording them one time every week. 24-hour urinary protein, urine and urine sediment examination; urine test was performed one time each week; urine sediment examination and 24-hour urinary protein test were performed every month, recording the test result.
Result: the total effective rate is 91.4% in treatment group and 75% in contrast group.
