We choose 378 patients who are 18-60 years old and with liver, gallbladder, kidney and urinary calculus. All the patients were divided into treatment group (giving Liu Wei Di Huang Wan, Gui Fu Di Huang Wan, Li Dan Pai Shi Tablet, Pai Shi Granule which can improve stone dissolving and discharging capability), and contrast group (giving Li Dan Pai Shi Tablet and Pai Shi Granule). Among which, there are 252 cases in treatment group and 126 cases in contrast group. In treatment group, there are 126 cases of liver-gallbladder calculus, 126 cases of kidney and urinary calculus; as for contrast group, there are 63 cases of liver-gallbladder calculus, 63 cases of kidney and urinary calculus. For treatment group, we use Liu Wei Di Huang Wan, Gui Fu Di Huang Wan, combining with Li Dan Pai Shi Tablet if there is liver-gallbladder calculus. Combing with Pai Shi granule if there is urinary calculus. Giving Liu Wei Di Huang Wan, 12 granules, 3 times per day if the clinical syndrome differentiation is kidney yin deficiency; giving Gui Fu Di Huang Wan, 12 granules, 3 times per day if there is kidney yang deficiency; giving Liu Wei Di Huang Qan and Gui Fu Di Huang Wan 8 granules respectively, 3 times per day if there is both kidney yin and kidney yang deficiency. As to contrast group, taking Li Dan Pai Shi Tablet, 8 tablets, 3 times per day if there is liver-gallbladder calculus; taking Pai Shi Granule, 20g each time, 3 times per day if there is urinary calculus; the treatment course is 60 days for both groups.
Treatment result: the stone dissolution and discharging performance to liver-gallbladder, kidney and urinary calculus in treatment group is better than contrast group which take Li Dan Pai Shi Tablet and Pai Shi Granule (27.8% and 31.8%).
