Experience on Painful Bi Treated with Chinese Herbs Combining with Acupuncture and Tuina Therapy (Part I)Posted by: admin on Jun 01, 2009 - 06:02 AM1. Painful Bi due to strain: strain due to falling and contusion, chronic muscle strain, and rheumatalgia are common and frequently-occurring disease. Prescriptions: choosing Fengchi (GB20) (Fengchi (GB20)) and Yifeng (TE17) (Yifeng (TE17)), Dazhui (GV14) (Dazhui (GV14)) and Jianjing (GB21) (Jianjing (GB21)) or Ashi points for neck stiffness, applying electro-acupuncture with matched paired, applying bleeding cupping and Tuina on affect shoulder and neck; for the other diseases, such as cervical spondylosis, shoulder periarthritis, and upper limbs strain, acupoints selecting, electro-acupuncture, cupping and Tuina are applied according to the symptoms. The example of acupoints selection: Fengchi (GB20) and Jianjing (GB21), Jianyu (LI15) (Jianyu (LI15)) and Dazhui (GV 14), Quchi (LI11) He-Sea Point (Quchi (LI11) He-Sea Point) and Hegu (LI4) Yuan-Source Point (Hegu (LI4) Yuan-Source Point), Quchi (LI11) and Neiguan (PC6) Luo-Connecting Point the Eight Confluent Point (Neiguan (PC6) Luo-Connecting Point the Eight Confluent Point), Tianjing (TE10) (Tianjing (TE10)) and Waiguan (TE5) Luo-Connecting Point the Eight Confluent Point (Waiguan (TE5) Luo-Connecting Point the Eight Confluent Point), Ashi points.
