Nei Jing

The upper evils should be vomited. The lower evils should be led and purged. The middle fullness should be dispersed from inside. When there are evils, soak the patient to promote sweating. When the evils are at the skin, promote sweating to emanate them. When the evils are fierce, restrain and control them. When a disease is replete, dissipate or discharge the evils.
