Nei Jing

Once the bladder channel has been disordered, the patient suffers from qi-surging headache, seemingly fallen eyes, seemingly plucked neck, painful spine, seemingly broken waist, inability to flex hips, and seemingly locked knees and broken calves. The disease is called qi reversal of the ankle. Therefore, the channel dominates disease due to disorders of the tendons. The symptoms presented are hemorrhoids, malaria, mania, madness, painful vertex and neck, back, loins, sacrum, backs of the knees, calves and feet, and disabled little toes.
