Water and grains move into the stomach and intestines together, and are amassed in the ileum, stay at the lower-warmer and fail to seep into the bladder. So the lower-warmer is distended. Water overflows, so water distention appears. The above is the normality or abnormality of the five kinds of metabolic liquids.
