Topic on correspondences and manifestations of Yin and Yang the plain questions (Fifth Article-Part XVII)Posted by: admin on Mar 01, 2009 - 12:45 AM
Evils come like swift winds and rain, so experienced doctors first treat the skin and body hair, then the muscles, then the sinews and vessels, then the six fu-organs, and last the five zang-organs. In treating the five zang organs, the patient is half alive and half dead.
Evils of the heaven usually damage the five zang-organs. The cold and heat of water and grains usually damage the six fu-organs. The dampness of the earth often damages the skin, muscles, sinews and vessels.
