Dermatology

There are some clinic patients in this group, the course of disease is 3 months to 10 years. The main clinical symptoms are facial symptoms, followed with chest and back symptoms including four types of hair follicle small papules, panzerina, black spots acne and nodules (cysts). It is usually combined with large amount of sebum, constipation etc. Treatment method: basic prescription: Jin Yin Hua, Ye Ju Hua, Huai Hua, Ji Guan Hua, Sang Bai Pi, Pi Pa Ye, Huang Qin, Ku Shen, Dang Gui, Dan Shen, Mu Dan Pi, Gan Cao. Modification: adding raw Bai Zhu, raw Yi Yi Ren if there is large amount of sebum; adding Pu Gong Ying, Xia Ku Cao, raw Shi Gao if there is cyst type (nodular) acne; adding Shu Da Huang if there is constipation. Adding Yi Mu Cao if there is severe symptom for adolescent girls before menstruation. 1 decoction each time, decoct with water, continually taking for 2 weeks as one course.
Treatment result: total effective rate is 89.2%
