2. Clinical research on doxorubicin heart disease toxicity
All the cases are diagnosed as malignant tumor by pathology. 9 cases are Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, 1 cases is hodgkin's disease, 8 cases are lung cancer, 5 cases are breast cancer, and gastric cancer, colon cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, liver cancer, plasmoma, rhabdosarcoma, undifferentiated abdominal malignancy and transitivity adenocarcinoma are one case for each. electrocardiographic examination, cardiac zymogram and heart function of all the cases are normal before treatment. All the chemotherapy regimen include doxorubicin, and all the cases get heart toxicity after chemotherapy, electrocardiographic examination and cardiac zymogram get abnormal, and apply Yi Xin Bu Qi Capsule. The drug is made of Ren Shen, Huang Qi, prepared Fu Zi, Tian Qi and Ling Zhi.
Results: comparing with the abnormal rates of ECG before and after treatment, it shows significant difference (P<0.01). Every index of cardiac zymogram declines, the differences of CK、CK-MB、LDH are remarkable.
