Yin Yang and Five Elements

The Human body is formed by qi between heaven and earth.
The world consists of matter and it is result of the interacting of Yin and Yang. Qi is energy. Everything in the universe is a result of qi movement.
Qi ascends / descends within the body, and leaves / enters the body.
Jing is primordial substance of life. It is received from parents, called “congenital essence”. After birth, Jing is responsible for the continuous activities of the body.

The body and mind are mutual dependence.
The unity of body and mind is essential to maintain health and prevent diseases.

Disease can be treated after we find out its primary cause.
Once a pathogenic factor has invaded the body, it breaks the balance of Yin-Yang, and causes illness. Why can the pathogenic factor result in illness? It is because of the anti-pathogenic factor is weak. So people should adapt to weather changes, keep the balanced mood, and live in a comfortable place, then regulate Yin-Yang, strengthen their body resistance. After the occurrence of illness, we make the diagnosis and give treatment at its early stage, prevent it become to be worse.
