Legionnaire’s disease is one kind of break out infection, which spreads abroad by main transmission mode of respiratory system. Primary symptoms include respiratory system and whole body as high fever, cough, chest pain, shortness of breath etc. The difference of symptoms severity is large, there are multi-system and multi-organ damage in the severe cases, accompanied myocarditis is one of the crucial outside the lung disease. We treat 7 cases of infectious legionnaire’s disease combining with myocarditis according to syndrome differentiation, using promoting qi and invigorating blood prescription or herbs and gaining satisfied treatment effect. Treatment method: Tai Zi Shen, Huang Qi, Dan Shen, Hong Hua, Sheng Di Huang, Chi Shao Yao, Wu Wei Zi, Ku Shen, Xuan Shen, toast Gan Cao. Result: 7 patients got clinical healing after continual treatment for 3 months, all the symptoms and signs disappeared, the electrocardiograph became normal.
