The acupuncture treatment of skin allergy in Master Tung’s magic points is called Si Ma Points. Si Ma points include 3 points: there are Si Ma upper point, Si Ma middle point and Si Ma lower point.
Location: The first, we need to find Si Ma middle point: the patient stands uprightly, hands down, the point of the middle fingertip reaching is the standard acupoint Fengshi (GB31), Si Ma middle point will be located at 3 cuns ahead of GB31 which towards the direction of the medial thigh. Then, Si Ma upper point is located at 2 cuns straightly up of Si Ma middle point. And Si Ma lower point is located at 2 cuns straightly below of Si Ma middle point.
The depth of the needling: 0.8 to 2.5 cun
