There are 56 clinic patients in this group. All patients use combination of mifepristone and misoprostol to stop gestation, and have symptom of vaginal bleeding after pregnant bursa was discharged, the longest bleeding period reaches 42 days. 45 Patients were found rudimental tissue or blood with the examination of uterine B ultrasonic. Yi Qi Hua Yu Tang ingredients including Huang Qi, Bai Zhu, Dang Shen, Dang Gui, Chuan Xiong, Tao Ren, Yi Mu Cao, Chao Pu Huang, Xian He Cao, Wu Zei Gu, Qian Cao, Xu Duan, Gui Zhong charcoal, San Qi Fen (dissolved in water and take for times). Modification according to symptoms: adding baking Sheng Jiang, Wu Yao if there is lower abdomen cold pain; removing Dang Gui and Chuan Xiong, adding fry Zhi Zi, Mu Dan Pi, Chuan Lian Zi, acetic Xiang Fu if there are distention pain on both hypochondrium, dry mouth and upsetting sensation; removing Huang Qi and Dang Shen, adding Pu Huang, Zi Hua Di Ding, Bai Jiang Cao, Che Qian Zi if there is large amount of bleeding with dark purple color or it is turbide as bad catsup and dirty; adding fry Wu Ling Zhi, Yan Hu Suo if there is lower abdomen pain; adding baking Sheng Jiang, Ai Ye charcoal, Bu Gu Zhi, Lu Jiao Jiao (dissolving by hot water) if there are aversion to cold, cold limbs; adding fry Du Zhong, Gou Ji, Gou Qi, if there is soreness sensation on lumbar region and knees; adding Nu Zhen Zi, Han Lian Cao, Gou Qi, Shan Zhu Yu if there are dizziness and tinnitus; adding Bai Zi Ren, Mai Men Dong, Wu Wei Zi, Long Gu if there are severe palpitation and shortness of breathing; adding Gou Qi, Ju Hua, Shu Di Huang if there is dry-astringent eyes.
Treatment result: total effective rate is 96.43%.
