Internal Medicine

There are 150 patients in this group who are all clinic patients, we randomly divide them into two groups as treatment group and control group in terms of ratio of 4:1. All the patients had examination of stomach mirror image and were diagnosed as chronic superficial gastricism. Treatment method: for treatment group, oral taking Shu Gan He Wei Yin with ingredients of Chai Hu, Zhi Ke, Bai Shao Yao, Lai Fu Zi, Pu Gong Ying, Fo Shou, Huo Xiang, Chuan Huang Lian, Gao Liang Jiang, Huang Qi. One decoction every day, water decocting and oral intake with worm temperature for 2 times before meals, 20 days are  one course. Modification: for liver stasis transfer into fire, the symptoms including pyrosis, foul belching, acid regurgitation, upsetting sensation and irritability, yellow tongue coating, taut rapid pulse. Removing Gao Liang Jiang, adding Huang Lian, Zhi Zi. For liver-stomach yin injury, the symptoms including liver fire stasis for a long time and impairing liver-stomach yin, burning sensation and pain in stomach, bitter taste in the mouth, red tongue with scanty fluid, thready rapid pulse, removing Gao Liang Jiang and Huo Xiang, adding Shi Hu, Bai He, Sha Shen. For cold stomach with pain, the symptoms including prefering warm, aversion to cold, cold hands and feet, the stomach pain will be severe if cold or cool striking, loose stool, removing Chuan Huang Lian, adding Bi Ba. Control group: taking Wei Ning Chong Ji, vitamine enzyme.


Treatment result: effective rate of  treatment group is 95%. Effective rate of contrast group is 80.3%. There is remarkable difference between treatment group and control group.
