There are 69 patients who were suffered with physical abortion 3 times or more in this group. All the cases diagnosed by examination of B-ultrasonic in our hospital. Treatment method: Bu Shen Gu Chong Pills with ingredients of Tu Si Zi, Xu Duan, Ba Ji Tian, Du Zhong, Dang Gui, Shu Di Huang, Lu Jiao Shuang, Gou Qi Zi, E Jiao, Dang Shen, Bai Zhu, Da Zao (removing pit), Sha Ren, add honey to make pills. For the patient with congenital yin deficiency, we should use Bao Yin Decoction in order to expel deficient heat, together with Bu Shen Gu CHong Pills for treatment. For mother-infant ABO hemolysis, we can decoct Yin Chen and Zhi Zi and use the decoction to orally take Bu Shen Gu Chong Pills. Intake method: it is generally be orally taken about 8 months before pregnant, and stop taken during menses, until 2 months after the time of every physical abortion so as to consolidate the treatment effect.
Treatment result: within 69 cases in this group, there are 61 cases with effect (88.4%), 8 cases without effect (11.6%). All the 61 cases with effect have natural parturition, and we did not find any abnormality or hypogenesis.
