Self Massage

1. Prescription
Chest and Abdomen: Danzhong (CV17) Front-Mu Point of the Pericardium, Shenque (CV8), Zhongwan (CV12) Front-Mu Point of the Stomach, Qihai (CV6), Guanyuan (CV4) Front-Mu Point of the SmallIntestine, Tianshu (ST25) Front-Mu Point of the Large Intestine.
Arm: Neiguan (PC6) Luo-Connecting Point the Eight Confluent Point, Daling (PC7) Shu-Stream, Yuan-Source Point, Chize (LU5)He-Sea Point, Taiyuan (LU9)Shu-Stream Point, Yuan-Source Point, Shousanli (LI10), Yangchi (TE4) Yuan-Source Point.
Leg: Zusanli (ST36) He-Sea Point, Sanyinjiao (SP6), Taixi(KI3) Shu-Stream, Yuan-Source Point, Rangu (KI2) Ying-Spring Point, Chengshan (BL57), Taichong (LR3) Shu-Stream, Yuan-Source Point, Neiting (ST44) Ying-Spring Point, Yongquan (KI1) Jing-Well Point.
Back and Lumbar Region: Dazhui (GV14), Feishu (BL13), Yi Shu (back shu of pancrease), Ganshu (BL18), Pishu (BL20), Weishu (BL21), Shenshu (BL23), Mingmen (GV4), Yaoyan.


2. Technique of Massage
2.1 The root of both palms push lumbar region for 5-10 times.
2.2 Both hands make fists, pluck-knead both sides of lumbar region with palm and finger joints do more on the place with soreness.
2.3 Palm-knead and rub upper abdomen for 20-30 times.
2.4 Middle finger-press and knead CV17 for 50-100 times, index finger and middle finger press and knead CV12 for 50-100 times, index finger and middle finger press and knead CV6 for 50-100 times, index finger and middle finger press and knead CV4 for 50-100 times.
2.5 Palm-rub CV12 clockwise and anticlockwise for 30 times individually,
, CV8 for 30 times individually.
2.6 Index finger and middle finger press and knead BL13 for 2-3 minutes.
Both hands press and knead Yi Shu (back shu of pancrease) for 2-3 minutes, BL18 for 2-3 minutes, BL20 for 2-3 minutes, BL21 for 2-3 minutes, BL23 for 2-3 minutes, GV4 for 2-3 minutes.
2.7 Tap kidney region for 30 times.
2.8 The root of both palm rub Yaoyan for 30 times.
2.9 Thumb-press and knead LI10 for 2-3 minutes, PC6 for 2-3 minutes, ST36 for 2-3 minutes, SP6 for 2-3 minutes, KI3 for 2-3 minutes.
