Clinical study is taken to confirm the functions of Tiao Gan Qing Xin Tang to regulate liver qi, eliminate phlegm, clear heat and calm down the mind for treatment of premature ventricular contraction.
We randomly divide 100 patients into treatment group ( 52 patients ) given by Tiao Gan Qing Xin Tang ( Chai Hu, Zhi Ke, Yu Jin, Chi Shao, Bai Shao, Huang Lian, Ban Xia, Quan Gua Lou, Ku Shen, Ge Gen, Shi Chang Pu, Zhen Zhu Mu, Chao Zao Ren, Zhi Gan Cao ); control group ( 48 patients ) given by propafenon tablet, four weeks treatment is one course.
Result: Tiao Gan Qing Xin Tang can obviously improve symptoms, there are obvious difference between two groups ( P<0.05 ). There are not obvious difference on effect of treatment of premature ventricular contraction ( P>0.05 ). Conclusion: Tiao Gan Qing Xin Tang can obviously improve symptoms and holter performance, reduce frequency of premature ventricular contraction and lower severe degree of this disease.
